Nomad Connex Referral Program for Tech Logic AI

Objective:
Encourage Nomad Connext members to refer potential clients to Tech Logic AI and reward them for successful deals.

How It Works

1. Eligibility:
   All active Nomad Connext members are eligible to participate.
2. Referral Process:
   • Members refer a potential client to Tech Logic AI via a dedicated referral form or email.
   • The referral must include basic client details and a short description of the opportunity.
   • Tech Logic AI will track the referral and notify the member once the lead is qualified.
3. Commission Structure:
   • Members will receive up to 10% commission based on the total signed contract value.
   • Commission tiers:
     • 5% for deals up to $10,000
     • 7% for deals between $10,001 and $99,000
     • 10% for deals above $100,000
4. Payment Terms:
   • Commission is paid within 30 days of Tech Logic AI receiving the first payment from the client.
   • Payments will be made via bank transfer or preferred digital wallet.
5. Transparency & Tracking:
   • Members will receive updates on the status of their referrals.
   • A dashboard or monthly report will be provided to track earnings and referral progress.

Terms & Conditions

• Referrals must be new clients not already in contact with Tech Logic AI.
• Commission is only applicable for signed deals resulting directly from the referral.
• Tech Logic AI reserves the right to modify the scheme with prior notice.
